Buses stop running in the early evening (often around 5 or 6 PM in winter, later in summer). Be sure to check the time of the last bus from your stop so you don't have to take a taxi back.
Late spring (May/June) and early autumn (September) offer the most comfortable weather for sitting on the upper deck.
